Q. Is my payment online secure?
A. Our online service provider is Paypal. You will be directed to their website once you choose to pay online. Your financial information is securely stored in Paypal’s server and Spider88.com will not be able to access to your credit card information.
Q. How do I know the items that I ordered is being shipped and the time of arrival?
A. You will receive our email confirmation once you order online. Follow by an email indicating the tracking number and the link to the shipping company website to track your shipment. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping package selected, item(s) selected, and your shipping location.

Q. What is the shipping rate?
A. There are 2 shipping package (rates): ‘Standard’ and ‘Express’. ‘Standard’ shipping rates delivery will take 5 to 10 working days while ‘Express’ will take 3 to 7 working days from the day we receive your payment.
Shipping rate is calculated based on the preferred shipping package you choose and the weight of the total order. You will be able to see the total shipping charges prior to the completion of your order.
Q. What if the product that I purchased is defective upon arrival?
A. In the case whereby the shipment arrives with extensive damage to the box, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will arrange for a pick up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement or refund.
If you do not contact Customer Service within 7 days of your recorded delivery date, you will be responsible for all return and reship charges.
